Value added by us into the project – The complex steel framing system with complex foundation system were proposed for the structural system of the house before involving us for the project. We carried out rigorous analysis and design to provide the most cost effective and structurally efficient systems and identified the strategically placed timber and steel framing system and combination of raft and pad foundation system can be used to replace the complex structural systems proposed. These systems were reduced the construction cost by 30%, while improving the constructability.

Resorts Including Swimming Pool and Cinema

Our Service- Design and certification resort including swimming pools and Cinema

Values added by us into the project- We carried out rigorous analysis and design to provide the most cost effective structural systems for the resort including the swimming pool and cinema. Our special structural connection design and details are helped to remove the bracing systems from the structure completely by reducing a significant construction cost while improving the architectural aspect. We used timber framing system for the cinemas in order to improve the constructability while reducing the cost as well.

Aluminium Bridge 

Location- QLD, Australia

Our Service- Design of a 25m span Aluminium Bridge for 6.1 Tractor load.

Values added by us into the project- During the tender, the bridge was proposed as a concrete structure and we then proposed the Aluminium bridge by saving 40% of the cost- NOT only from the bridge structure, but also from the foundation structure. This is a significant value added into the project.

Values added by us into the project– We carried out rigorous analysis and design to provide the most effective structural systems. We designed special telescopic connections for the steel framing system in order to enhance the architectural aspect.

Foundation System

Values added by us into the project- The skew pile system was proposed for the foundation system. After carrying out rigorous analysis and design by us, we changed the foundation system to the pad foundation system saving the construction cost significantly, while improving the constructability.

Values added by us into the project- The thickness of the walls was proposed as 200mm. After identified the structural supports and carried out rigorous analysis and design, we reduce the wall thickness by 150mm while reducing the construction cost significantly.

Slab On Ground
