Values added by us into the project – After damaging the whole marina due to storms, we were involved with design and certification of the whole marina. We carried out rigorous analysis and design to provide the most cost effective structural system and identified the strategically placed steel piles with the Elastomeric hingers can be used to improve the structural system of the marina while reducing the construction cost significantly and improving the constructability.
Singapore Marina Project

Our Service- Design of a 100m long x 6m wide marina
Values added by us into the project- During the tender, the marina was proposed as a Aluminium framed structure supported by the form. We proposed as a concrete deck pontoon system providing high durability by reducing the cost significantly. This is a significant value added into the project.
Pontoons With Walkways

Our Service- Design and certification of pontoons and walkways
Values added by us into the project- We carried out rigorous analysis and design to provide the most effective and structurally efficient system for the marina. We changed the structural system in order to improve the constructability since during the tender, it was identified that the structure system was not able to constructible.
Aluminuim Walkway

Our Service- Design of a 30m span walkways
Values added by us into the project- We provided a optimised structural system for the walkway structure by reducing 50% of the material proposed during the tender phase. Our rigorous analysis and design work used to design the walkways.
